CHARLES G. TUMAINI
Mr. Charles has been admitted to the roll as an Advocate of High Court of Tanzania and its subordinate thereto save for the Primary Courts. He also practices as Notary Public and Commissioner for Oath’s within the Tanzania Mainland jurisdiction.
Besides that, he is a Member Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) and East African Law Society (EALS).
Prior co-founding of the firm, Mr. Charles has worked with Ganrichie & Co. Advocate (Private Law firm), and before at Resident Magistrate Court at Arusha as legal trainee, whilst at the Law School of Tanzania wherein he acquired vast experience in litigation.
Currently, Mr. Charles assist the day-to-day duties of the firm; he is responsible for the civil division in the law firm, wherein he is in-charge of inter alia family law, land transactions, commercial and all matters that affecting the firm.

Besides, Ms. Msaki is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Courts Subordinate thereto save for the Primary Courts. She is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East African Law Society.
Ms. Msaki is specialized in Intellectual property law, Real Estate law, Employment and Labour law, Business law, Company Secretaries Matters, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Conveyance which divisions she heads in the law firm.
She is a perfectionist regarding security documentation of various persons (natural & legal).

SIMON PATRICK
Simon is a talented and experienced Lawyer in all aspects of International Law, ICT, FinTech, Media, Corporate & Commercial, International Sports, Investment, Intellectual Property, Trademark, Mining, Tax and Litigation.
Simon is also an expert in drafting all forms commercial contracts including loan facility agreements, mortgages, debentures, assignments, guarantees, indemnities, security sharing agreements, professional football contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Employment Contracts as well as all other forms of commercial agreements.
Such expertise was acquired following a working history at St. Augustine University of Tanzania based in Mwanza, where he worked as a Tutor & Assistant Researcher at SAUT Centre for Mining and Natural Resources, ABC Attorneys based in Dar es Salaam where he was placed in a Corporate Law Department, WiA Company Limited located in Dar es Salaam where he worked as a Contract Administrator and later Legal & Compliance Manager, Young Africans Sports Club where he currently serves as a Director of Legal Affairs & Secretary General and Smile Tanzania where he currently serves as Head of Legal Affairs.

JUSTUS M. NDIBALEMA
Justus M. Ndibalema is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Courts subordinate thereto except primary court, a member of Tanganyika Law society (TLS) and is based practicing in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He hold LLB (Hons) Open University of Tanzania (OUT) Post Graduate Diploma in legal practice of the law school of Tanzania (LST).
He worked with National prosecution services (NPS) as a state Attorney for about fifteen years conducting criminal cases. In the year 2014 was appointed as a secretariat member of the constitutional Assembly. He formerly worked with defunct Tanzania Housing Bank (THB) as banking officer, holding a Diploma in Economics of Baking. ALLAN ADAM KIHEKA
Mr. Allan holds a Bachelor Degree of Laws (LL.B. Hons) from Tumaini University, Tanzania. He is currently pursuing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Law School of Tanzania.
His main area of interest in practice includes Family law, Intellectual Property law, contract law, environmental law, drafting of legal documents, legal research, probate and administration of estates and trusts law.
